To begin the claims process, read through the Important Notice below and click the button to proceed.

You can find your policy details on your Certificate of Insurance issued to you on the date of purchase.

Before proceeding to the Online Claims Submission page, please ensure that you have the following documentation to hand:

• A signed vehicle Rental Agreement
• Rental Company's Damage Report
• Invoices and receipts confirming any amount you paid in respect to your claim
• Credit Card statement showing proof of payment for the damages being claimed
• Valid driver's licence of policy holder or driver at the time of incident

You will be asked to attach the above documents to your claims submission. You will need to provide these documents as a digital version to allow us to process your claim. For example, you can take a photo of any ‘hard copy’ documents using your smart phone’s camera.
